Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Spices: Due to the nature of food products, spice are generally non-returnable. Returns or refunds for spices will only be processed if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery.

Food Items: Given the perishable nature of prepared food items, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched/prepared. Refunds or replacements for food items will only be considered in cases of incorrect items delivered or verifiable quality issues, which must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Reporting Issues: Any issues regarding damaged, incorrect, or expired products must be reported to our customer support within 2-4 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or refunds may be issued via bank transfer.

Allergen Disclaimer: While we take precautions, our food products are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Customers with allergies should exercise caution and discretion.

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website or from any Products purchased from this Website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including but not limited to negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Website or purchasing Products.

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an act of God, war, acts of terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website and Services, without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tari Tarkaarii regarding the use of the Website and Services.
