Delivery Policy

At Tari Tarkaarii, we strive to ensure your delicious spices and food orders reach you fresh and on time. Please review our delivery policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Areas & Serviceability:

  • We currently deliver within Gurugram, Haryana and major metropolitan areas across India.

2. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours from the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM on a business day, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time frames:

  • Local Deliveries within Gurugram 1-2 business days

  • National Deliveries (within India): 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

    • Weather conditions: Heavy rains, floods, etc.

    • Public holidays or local bandhs.

    • Logistical challenges or carrier delays.

    • High order volumes during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Delivery: A shipping fee of ₹60-150 depending upon the location will be applied to orders below ₹800.

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders above ₹800.

  • COD Orders: Currently we are not accepting any COD orders.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries:

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice at the provided address.

  • We consider an order "executed" in the following cases:

    • Incorrect/Incomplete Address or Pin Code: If the delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

    • Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not available at the delivery address after reasonable attempts.

    • Premises Locked: If the delivery location is locked.

    • Incorrect Contact Details: If the provided phone number is incorrect, not working, or unreachable.

    • Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the order.

    • Delivered to Gate/Reception/Neighbour: If the order is delivered to an authorised person at the gate, reception, or a neighbour as per instructions or necessity.

  • In cases of failed delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer, the order will still be charged, and no re-delivery or refund will be possible.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your order's status in real-time.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

7. Packaging & Quality Assurance:

  • We take utmost care in packaging your spices and food products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition, maintaining freshness and integrity during transit.

  • For food items, we adhere to FSSAI guidelines for packaging during transportation to maintain safety and quality.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering to the packaging, please do not accept the delivery and notify our customer support immediately.

8. Changes & Cancellations:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed.

  • For any changes to your order or delivery address, please contact our customer support at +91-9821700689 as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
